Our Slogan:

"Premium. Financed. Fast."

Once the agreement is submitted, our system initiates a green light check to validate the customer credit worthiness and underwriting data. During this stage, a pink dot icon will appear next to the transaction. As soon as the contract is finalized and funds are released to you, the icon will disappear and your settled balance will reflect the new transaction.

Each account is issued a Unique Identifier (ID) which serves as the primary data key in our system. This ensures that your sensitive financial data, transaction history, and credit worthiness records are exclusively and securely mapped to your profile, maintaining total data integrity across the CashFerry network

The Green Light Check is CashFerry's proprietary, tech-driven verification process that serves as the final gateway before an installment contract is funded.

This is the "moment of truth" where our technology validates both the merchant’s paperwork and the customer’s financial standing.

What the Green Light Check Evaluates:

  1. Customer Credit Worthiness: Our FinTech engine performs a real-time assessment of the customer's ability to repay the specific transaction amount, ensuring the loan is responsible and secure.

  2. Contract Integrity: It verifies that the installment contract submitted by the merchant is complete, legally compliant, and matches the agreed-upon terms.

  3. Fraud Prevention: The check uses digital markers to confirm identities and prevent fraudulent applications, protecting both CashFerry and the merchant.

The Workflow: From Submission to "Green Light"

  • Step 1: The Merchant Submits – The merchant enters the transaction details into the CashFerry portal.

  • Step 2: The Pink Icon – The transaction appears in the portal with a pink dot, signaling that the Green Light Check is currently in progress.

  • Step 3: Automated Analysis – Our proprietary tech stack analyzes the data points in seconds.

  • Step 4: The Green Light – Once the check is passed, the pink icon disappears. The contract is now "Green Lit," meaning the merchant is cleared for funding and the customer’s account is activated.

Loan & Credit Glossary

  • Initial Balance: The total principal amount borrowed at the start of the loan.

  • Current (Principal) Balance: The remaining portion of the original loan amount yet to be paid, excluding interest and fees.

  • EMI (Equated Monthly Installment): A fixed monthly payment consisting of both principal and interest, designed to retire the debt over a set term.

  • Late Fees: Mandatory penalties triggered when a payment arrives after the grace period. These are added to your total amount due.

  • NSF Charges (Non-Sufficient Funds): Fees assessed when a payment is rejected due to lack of funds. This often results in "double-dipping" fees from both your bank and the lender.

  • Current APR: The all-inclusive annual cost of the loan, including interest and prepaid finance charges, expressed as a percentage.

  • Payoff: The final, comprehensive amount required to settle the debt. It is the sum of the Current Balance + Accrued Interest + Outstanding Late Fees + NSF Charges.

If you have financed with us before, our  Express  Intake  process handles the heavy lifting for you.

  • How it works: Simply enter your registered email address and upload your new insurance quote. The system will automatically populate your application with your existing account details.

  • Updating Information: To ensure accuracy, the intake form is "read-only" for profile data. If you need to change your address, phone number, or business details, please update your Customer Profile first. These changes will then reflect instantly on your new financing request.

Settling your balance is quick and easy through the insured's portal.

  • Process: Locate the Payoff Amount displayed in your dashboard and click the green Payoff button immediately next to it.

  • Availability: This feature allows for real-time processing, ensuring your balance is cleared without manual intervention.

  • We require at least a 20% down payment to initiate your financing agreement and cover the remaining premium balance.

  • Purpose: This ensures your coverage is activated immediately while allowing the remaining 80% to be structured into manageable installments.

If an installment is not received within the designated grace period, the following actions will occur to protect the financing agreement:

  • Notice of Intent to Cancel: You will receive a formal notice warning that your policy is at risk of cancellation.

  • Late Fees: A late fee may be assessed to your account balance once the grace period expires.

  • Policy Cancellation: If the default is not cured immediately, we will exercise our Power of Attorney to request that your insurance carrier cancel the policy. This is done to apply the unearned premium toward your outstanding loan balance.

  • Reinstatement: To restore coverage after a cancellation request has been sent, you must pay all past-due amounts and fees. Please note that reinstatement is subject to your insurance carrier’s approval.

A payment may show as "Paid" immediately upon submission, but this status is contingent on your bank's approval.

  • Initial Status: The portal marks the payment as paid to acknowledge your submission.

  • The Reversal: If your bank notifies us within a few days that the funds were unavailable (NSF) or the account was closed, the payment is automatically reversed.

  • Fees: An NSF charge is applied to your account to cover the processing costs associated with the failed transaction.

Tip: You can use the Heart Icon on the Insured Portal to view the updated balance and pay the outstanding amount, including the NSF fee.

To resolve a reversed payment, follow the following steps:

  1. Check the Heart Icon: Verify the total outstanding balance, which now includes the original payment amount plus the NSF fee.

  2. Verify Funds: Ensure your bank account has sufficient funds before re-submitting.

  3. Repay: Use the "Make a Payment" feature within the Heart Icon to clear the balance.
